We create our natural plant-based layer with ingredients such as plant–based resin from 100% FSC™ rubber trees, plant-based oils, organic compounds, natural byproducts, and natural pigments.
We mix and bind pigments directly throughout for no dye runoff and enhance color vibrancy.
This layer gives our material the supple and pliable feel of leather.
We bind our natural plant-based layer onto a biobased GOTS certified 100% organic cotton, FSC™certified 100% lyocell, or GRS certified post-consumer 100% recycled polyester Vegan Suede liner.
We use a continuous run, environmentally friendly non-glue heat bonding process.
We don’t use any new water in our manufacturing and finishing processes.
This process is tunable to create a variety of textures and thicknesses.
We finish our pigmented and bonded material by applying a very thin recycled processed surface treatment to create a soft, buttery feel in a matte, semi–matte, or shiny finish.
Or if you prefer an athletic performance grip, we leave the natural grip of our plant–based layer untouched.

A variety of textures are available in 132mm wide continuous rolls of 30 yards per roll. Classic Embossed Textures such as Pebble, Distressed, and Crocodile are currently available in 60cm x 120cm panels as we continue our innovations to provide these embossed textures in continuous rolls as well.
